"successful people"

I always find this phrase interesting. Who is "successful" to you? What did they do to achieve that "success"? People define success by many things like how one works, how much one works, how much one makes, how many followers one has, how much traffic one gets on their blog, etc. Do you define your success by what those around you feel is successful or what people tell you is success?

Without defining what success is to you personally, execution is non-existent and hustle has no resolve. The recipe for success is internal.

Love it, awesome advice. I had a decent stint of getting up at 5am sharp for a month or so and I felt great, got more done than I thought I could, and enjoyed work that much more. I fell out of the habit with 'life' getting in the way, but the fact of the matter is I was just being lazy again. Best of luck in trying to create a good habit, I need to do the same.

I can relate to 'I never think it is good when I do write it' sentiment (and I think a lot of other people can too.) The attitude of 'something done decently is better than perfection never reached' helps somewhat. Keep the blog flowing!

Europe seems amazing. I was recently speaking to a friend who'd visited various European locations and he mentioned that places like Venice and Rome were packed with tourists (as you mentioned) — especially at this time of year — and that the lesser known places were more enjoyable. I hope to visit one day and confirm this firsthand.

I've never seen a subway system labeled NSEW. You get used to it pretty easily though - even the G has improved vastly in the last year. It's not an actual, respectable train. Maybe. Ironically, I recently moved to CA from Brooklyn and had to learn to drive. It's a huge pain. Can't wait to move back.
Anyway, congrats on everything and good luck!
